One of the greatest things about the summer approaching is the numerous opportunities for entertaining.  With small backyard spaces, it can be a designer and host’s challenge to incorporate fun and functional into your outdoor living space.  This featured pool design presents both fun and functional with a touch of pizzazz.

The narrow design of the pool is ideal for backyards that are limited in depth but have a decent width running the length of the yard. The built in waterfall fountain in the wall gives the much desired running water feature without taking up a lot of space and the display of globe lights built into the concrete wall offers light as well as unique focal points spaced strategically along the length of the pool.  Adding another dimension with the minimalist landscaping above the wall and the center palm, brings tranquility and simplistic design elements to this lovely, desirable pool.  Whether you go traditional or upgrade to the salt water pool is your choice, but my personal preference is a little saltwater heaven.
