I’ve written a lot about different types of jewelry, specifically the alternative metals.  One might ask why tungsten wedding bands and titanium rings are so popular.  Well it’s pretty simple actually.  In comparison to gold, silver, platinum and paladium, titanium and tungsten are far less expensive and far more durable.

For the same price of a gold ring, you could get several titanium or tungsten rings – though not that you would need to, as the quality and presentation these metals offer is truly second to none.  Both are scratch resistant and intensely strong.  You can look further into tungsten ring care by searching online, but it is pretty easy to keep your rings looking as pristine as they day you bought them.  All that is really needed is mild soap and water – that’s it.  No ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaning or chemical cleaning is necessary, making these rings a rising favorite among today’s’ generation of men.
