I admit it: I have summer fever. The first step is to admit the problem, right? You can’t blame me, though.. I live in Minne-SNOW-ta where it’s hot out for maybe 4 months out of the year. I must savor summer while it’s here!

I like to decorate differently in the summer, that way while I’m stuck inside, it still reminds me of being outside in the sunshine. My bathroom is decorated in a beach/sailboat theme to begin with but I found this idea to make a new shower curtain out of a beach towel.

Shower curtain rings with clips (which are essential in holding the beach towel up) can be found online. I found some online for $7.99 for a pack of 7. They can be purchased in different colors. The ones I found were available in gold, bronze, or silver.

Oversized beach towels are also quite easy to find. They also come in a variety of designs and colors to match any decor.
