Rather than copying your competitors every move, with the hopes of matching their sales, find your own mix. You will succeed most when you know your company and customers inside and out. Once you have that information and apply it in the right way, you will be unstoppable.

If you have to be at work 40 hours a week why not make it fun? I find myself a lot more motivated and inspired when I’m in a uniquely designed space.
